Als Haustechniker (w/m/d) sind Sie für den Gebäudezustand sowie die Außenanlagen des Hotels verantwortlich sowie für den Betrieb und die Funktionalität der technischen Anlagen und Geräte.

Ihr Alltag bei uns

Verantwortung für Technik- und Wartungsbetrieb des Hotels
Regelmäßige Kontrolle der technischen Geräte in den Gästezimmern auf Funktionalität und einwandfreien Zustand, Beseitigung von Mängeln und Defekten
Tägliche Hausrundgänge zur Kontrolle des Gebäudezustandes und dessen Außenanlagen
Inspektion der gebäudetechnischen Anlagen, wie Heizung, Klimaanlage, Aufzüge, Elektronik
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften und Richtlinien im Bereich der Haustechnik
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Notfall- und Sicherheitsplänen
Kontakt und Beaufsichtigung von Auftragnehmern und Dienstleistern
Durchführung von Reparaturen und Malerarbeiten

Unsere Wunschvorstellung

Erste Erfahrungen in der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
Berufserfahrung als Haustechniker, Hausmeister oder einer vergleichbaren Position vorzugsweise in der Hotellerie
Gutes technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
Selbstständige, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise
Sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

As Facility Manager (f/m/d), you will be responsible for the condition of the building and the hotel's outdoor facilities as well as for the operation and functionality of the technical systems and equipment.

Your daily business

Responsibility for the hotel's technical and maintenance operations
Regularly checking the technical equipment in the guest rooms for functionality and perfect condition, rectifying faults and defects
Daily house tours to check the condition of the building and its outdoor facilities
Inspection of the building's technical systems, such as heating, air conditioning, elevators, electronics
Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and guidelines in the area of building services
Supporting the creation of emergency and safety plans
Contacting and supervising contractors and service providers
Carrying out repairs and painting work

Our Expectation

First experience in technical building equipment is an advantage, but not a must
Professional experience as a building technician, janitor or a comparable position preferably in the hotel industry
Good technical understanding and manual skills
Independent, structured and accurate way of working
Secure knowledge of German, both written and spoken
