Ihr Alltag bei uns
  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Sicherstellen des betrieblichen Ablaufs in der Nacht
  • Check in und Check out der Gäste
  • Bearbeitung von Individualreservierungen und Führen der Gästekorrespondenz
  • Ausschank von Getränken sowie Betreuung der Gäste an der Hotelbar
  • Führen der Tageskasse und Erstellen des Tagesabschlusses
  • Vorbereitung der Rezeption für den nächsten Tag
  • Unterstützung des Frühstücksservices bei Bedarf

Unsere Wunschvorstellung
  • Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder einem anerkannten Ausbildungsberuf
  • Erste Berufserfahrung am Empfang
  • Sehr gute Microsoft Office Kenntnisse 
  • Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Your daily business
  • Independently manage and ensure the operational flow at night
  • Check in and check out of guests
  • Processing individual reservations and managing guest correspondence
  • Serving drinks and looking after guests at the hotel bar
  • Managing the daily cash desk and preparing the daily accounts
  • Preparing the reception for the next day
  • Supporting the breakfast service if required

  • You will work in an international working atmosphere, with plenty of room for further training and improvement.

Our Expectation
  • Training in the hotel industry or a recognized training profession
  • First work experience at the reception desk
  • Very good Microsoft Office skills 
  • Secure knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
