Regelmäßige Kontrolle der technischen Geräte in den Gästezimmern auf Funktionalität und einwandfreien Zustand
Tägliche Hausrundgänge zur Kontrolle des Gebäudezustandes und dessen Außenanlagen
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Notfall- und Sicherheitsplänen
Durchführung von Reparaturen und Malerarbeiten

Regular inspection of technical equipment in guest rooms to ensure functionality and proper condition
Daily building inspections to check the condition of the building and its outdoor facilities
